The Best Entry Level O'Neill Wetsuit Ranges

If you are looking for a great entry level wetsuit, then read on for why the O'Neill Epic Wetsuit range or O'Neill Reactor Wetsuit range may be just what you are looking for. These wetsuits offer great performance features at an even better price making them the perfect match for a wetsuit beginner.

Reactor

The Reactor is one of the best value wetsuits in the industry with some really cool features at a great price so you can get a full dose of performance technology at incredible value. The O'Neill Reactor range is that it is available in men's, women's and junior styles, enabling you to kit out the whole family for a summer on the water without breaking the bank.

A top feature of this range is the Krypto knee padz, a high stretch neoprene panel with ergonomic shaping for comfortable durability. This flexible and unique design is abrasion resistant for added durability.

Other features include exclusive FluidFlex in the shoulder and sleeves for added flexibility, mesh smooth skin fluid foam chest and back for comfort, fully adjustable super seal neck to keep you dryer for longer and a hidden key pocket. Everything you could possibly want in an entry level wetsuit.

Epic

The next step up from the Reactor is the Epic range, which is available in men's, women's and junior styles. The Epic has many of the same amazing features as O'Neill high-end wetsuits making it one of the best value wetsuit ranges in the industry.

One of the top features of the epic is 100% UltraFlex neoprene, with a stretch factor of 150%. This is a high-performance super-stretch neoprene with a durable outer skin that resists velcro pulls and snags.

While the Reactor uses a flatlock stitch to minimise water getting in, the Epic is an upgrade with waterproof glued & blindstitched seam construction: wetsuit panels are first glued together, and then the blind stitch only goes part way through the neoprene which reduces water leakage as there are no holes in the seam. The Epic’s also contain O’Neill’s exclusive Flexloc stitch which is stronger and more flexible the traditional blind stich, eliminating unravelling.

While the Reactor has a super seal neck, the Epic has a double super seal neck which is fully adjustable and watertight is built from a two-layer design featuring a 360 smooth skin interior lining, wide adjustability, and a secure lock down keeping you toasty and warm.

Like the Reactor the epic has other cool features such as krypto knee padz, an external key pocket with loop and strategic seamless paddle zones which eliminate rashing and increase comfort.

Both the Epic range and the Reactor range have awesome features so which ever range you decide is the best fit for you, we can ensure your comfort so you're first in and last out the water this summer.
