How to Use:

Fill & Pump - Fill the container with 100ml of water, put one pump of Salt-Shark then mix until the water turns blue.

Plug & Start motor - Plug in your hose, then plug the adapter into your motor (direct to motor or into your flushing muffs)

Start Motor on Rinse mode - Start the motor on full water mode, after 30 seconds turn switch to one of the 3 soap settings.

Flush with Salt-Shark - Wait until the container goes clear and Salt-Shark has been flushed through.

Leave Freshwater in the Motor - The diluted Salt-Shark is safe to leave in your motor, but there is no need to do so, that's why we recommend only leaving freshwater inside the motor.

Customs & Duties: Deliveries within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.
Incorrect Address & Uncollected Parcels: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the parcel from a designated parcel shop or delivery point within the required timeframe
we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs and any return shipping or handling fees incurred from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in such circumstances.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the courier's instructions to ensure successful delivery. Failure to respond to delivery notifications may result in the parcel being returned to us.

Returns

We offer a 60 day, easy return policy for unwanted items. We ask that all items are returned to us in a clean, unused and resalable condition, in the original outer and product packaging.

On the rare occasion you have experienced an issue with the items received, or you have not received your order within 3 weeks of receiving your dispatch confirmation, contact our dedicated customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
